Wednesday Night Rob strikes again...

My evening on the spanners was a great success; another gents drop handlebar bike is now in the window for sale. Only £100 for a bike with full mudguards and a rack, just had full tune-up including hubs rebuilt, new brake cables and excellent new tyres. In a nice metallic blue colour.

Three bikes were prepared and sold by our excellent volunteers on one Wednesday night alone. The money we raise goes back into the project.

More donations (thanks!) have been made, including this British classic – Carlton Grand Tour. A good frame is at the heart of any great bike and this one is Reynolds 531. Wouldn’t you like to ride this beauty? It will make an excellent commuter, fixed gear or single speed – if you like the idea of building or restoring this bike come in a see us!

If you've got a bike that's collecting dust somewhere we'd be very happy to take it off your hands. Bikes can be dropped off during any of our opening hours. If you can't get it to use, drop us an email via our 'contact' page and we'll arrange for a volunteer to pick it up (it usually takes us about a fortnight).
